BiBi Keyboard ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed by Luolin Zhang, is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our voice input keyboard application.
Our Core Privacy Principle
We do not collect, store, or upload any of your personal data to our servers. The app operates as a client-only application without any backend infrastructure operated by us.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your voice recordings
- We do not collect your typed text or recognition results
- We do not collect personal identification information
- We do not track your usage behavior on our servers
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
How the App Works
The app functions purely as a client that connects you directly to third-party services only when you explicitly configure and use them:
- Voice Recognition (ASR): When you use cloud-based ASR services, your voice audio is sent directly to the service provider you configured (such as Volcengine, OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.). We do not intercept, store, or access this data.
- Local Recognition: If you use the local SenseVoice model, all processing occurs entirely on your device with no internet connection required.
- AI Post-Processing (Optional): If you enable LLM post-processing, recognized text is sent directly to the LLM service provider you configured. We do not have access to this data.
